OUR LEGACY: SHAPING ODISHA'S AUTOMOTIVE SCENE

Founded in 2016, BlackHead Customs emerged from a shared dream among local mechanics and custom designers who believed that cars and motorcycles in Bhubaneswar deserved more than generic maintenance templates. From a modest single-bay garage in Chandrasekharpur, we expanded into our current state-of-the-art facility located at Plot No. 371 in Patia, right next to the Espirit Toyota showroom. Today, we are proud to stand as Odisha's premier garage for superbike modifications, high-solids ceramic coatings, carbon hydro-dipping, and self-healing thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) Paint Protection Films (PPF).

Our location in Sishu Vihar makes us a primary destination for residents and students across Patia, KIIT Square, KISS, Infocity, Chandrasekharpur, Damana, Sailashree Vihar, and Nandankanan Road. Over the last nine years, we have serviced over 2,500 vehicles, ranging from daily commuters requiring doorstep repairs to track-ready superbikes and luxury sports cars undergoing complete exterior color-change wraps.

At BlackHead Customs, we believe that premium results require a combination of high-end raw materials and precision equipment. Our workshop is divided into specialized zones to prevent cross-contamination:

• Dust-Controlled Wrapping Bay: Standardized lighting grids and specialized micro-particle air filters ensure that our TPU films and custom wraps bond to panels without dust inclusions or border lifting.
• Compounding & Correction Bay: Equipped with ultrasonic clearcoat thickness gauges, our paint technicians measure clearcoats in microns to calculate compound limits safely before compounding starts.
• Dedicated Detailing Booths: Optimized for ceramic coating curings, we use short-wave infrared drying lamps to bake silica/graphene coatings into vehicle clearcoats, unlocking wet mirror reflectivity.
• Precision Fabrication Zone: Featuring advanced TIG welding stations, we custom fabricate exhaust link pipes, bobber frame loops, and protective crash guards.
