Hydro-Dipping Customization Guide
Hydrographic printing, commonly called hydro-dipping, applies complex graphical patterns like carbon weaves, wood textures, or sticker-bomb murals to complex 3D shapes.
**Sanding & Prep**: The target item is sanded to open paint pores. **Base Priming**: We spray matching base color primers (e.g. electric orange for carbon patterns). **Film Laying & Activation**: We float PVA graphic film on water, spray chemical activators to liquefy the ink, and slowly submerge the item. - **Clear Coat Sealing**: We seal the item inside gloss or matte clear coats to prevent scratches and UV fading.
